Keith Ferrazzi’s “Never Eat Alone” is the perfect primer for those who are serious about finding and sharing their passion. The reader is frequently reminded that networking is not a dirty word and that isolation from others leads to personal poverty.
We move forward by making ourselves known. Making strategic connections allow us not only be helped but allows us the great opportunity of helping others along the way. I read the expanded and updated version and love the wealth of advice and action steps regarding social media, conferences, regular interactions, and well planned networking.
Other reader’s comments have suggested that “Never Eat Alone” is just a self-publicity book and long advertisement for Ferrazzi and I would have to disagree. I believe that anyone (including pastors like myself) would do well to read this book packed full of simple and timely relationship building tools! Blogging for Books provided this book to me for free in exchange for an honest review and I highly recommend this book.
